1) The Shodan Shop fully supports, adheres and operates under the Sale of Goods act 1979.

2) Colour schemes and designs may vary slightly on occasion from that shown and described

3) All Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4) Prices are subject to change without the need for any prior notification. Customers will always be told the current price at the time of purchase and reserves the right to cancel their order.

5) Any fees incurred resulting from bounced cheque's in respect of returned or represented, will be passed to the customer.

6) Third Party Cheque's are not accepted

7) The Shodan Shop is not responsible for mistake made by the customer when ordering products

8) Customers need to contact Shodan Judo within three working days to notify us of any issues surrounding their delivered product. i.e.. damages, shortages, unfit for use or not as described. Failure to do so will result in Shodan Judo being unable to investigate and may result in an exchange or refund refusal.

9) Where a product is to be returned and it is not the fault of the Customer then Shodan Judo will pay the a delivery reimbursement limited to £5. The limit applies irrespective of the parcel return fee but customers should contact us first.

10) Cash refunds are at our discretion and depends on the circumstance of each individual case / scenario.

11) Sale items or custom made products will be accepted for a refund or exchange unless the product/s is faulty.

12) We can not offer refunds or Exchanges at weekends but will deal with such in a reasonable amount of time.

13) With respect to DVD and Book sales, Customers have no right to refund or exchange with the exception of where the Book or DVD is faulty. Where a book or DVD is faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described then only an exchange for the same titled book or DVD will be provided.

14) For reasons of hygiene, Shodan Judo will not accept refunds or exchanges for Gum shields an Neoprene supports unless the item is defective.

15) The Shodan Shop is not liable for injuries or damage caused by the misuse of any of our products sold.

16) If Royal Mail delivery is used then customers should visit the royal mail website for their terms and conditions, particularly regarding delivery and Insurance. Customers will be given a choice of Royal mail or Courier.

17) Please be aware that further courier charges may be applicable where a courier has been unable to deliver sue to customer being unavailable which results in a further delivery attempt being made. Further charges may also be applicable should a courier be re-directed upon making a delivery.

18) Delivery charges are payable even in the event of a customer refusing to accept the goods at the time of delivery

19) Customers should write on the delivery note any visible damage to the packaging upon receivership of the parcel.

20) Please note that additional delivery charges are payable on our Judo Mats. Quotations available upon order.

21) Customers who instruct us to arrange for our courier to leave product/s in a designated place at the point of delivery do so at their own risk and Shodan Judo will accept no liability for any loss or damage to the product/s.

22) Force Majeure: In cases where The Shodan Shop can not uphold any or all obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, then the customer has no right to claim breech of contract.
